Hello everyone. I hope you are well and in Jesus today. I just want to tell you why I am here and why I am writing this blog. My hope is that this blog will help your journey in seeking a closer relationship and understanding of our Father, Savior, Redeemer and Friend. I hope that my failures and misunderstandings in seeking after him, will instead, turn into your stories of strength and you will not suffer under the chains of sin, doubt and confusion as I had for so long.
I promise you he is our Savior, Redeemer, and Friend. And if he pulled me through my darkest hours with a mercy you cannot imagine; He will be your loving guide as well.

For as the heavens are high above the earth, So great is His mercy toward those who fear Him; As far as the east is from the west, So far has He removed our transgressions from us. As a father pities his children, So the Lord pities those who fear Him.” These words remind us that no matter how many times you may have sinned or how grave your actions may seem, God’s forgiveness is greater. His mercy is boundless, and He longs to extend His forgiveness to those who seek it.
The Door of Return:
Perhaps you have wandered away from God, feeling distant and disconnected. Know that even in those moments, God’s love for you remains constant. In Revelation 3:20, Jesus says, “Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come into him and dine with him, and he with Me.” These words reveal the heart of a loving Savior who patiently waits for us to open the door of our hearts to Him. By seeking Him again, you demonstrate that your heart is still open to His love and forgiveness. God eagerly desires to restore your relationship with Him and bring you back into the warmth of His embrace.
The Power of Repentance:
True freedom from guilt and shame comes through turning away from sinful behaviors and surrendering your life to God. Acts 3:19 encourages us to, “Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord.” Repentance is not simply feeling sorry for your actions; it is a transformative act of turning away from sin and embracing a new life in Christ. When you genuinely repent, God eagerly awaits to extend His mercy and forgiveness. He longs to cleanse your heart, wash away the stains of guilt and shame, and grant you a fresh start.
Believing in Jesus:
Central to finding freedom from guilt and shame is placing your faith in Jesus Christ. In John 3:16-18, we find these words of hope, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.” Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross offers forgiveness and redemption for all who believe in Him. Through faith in Jesus, your sins are covered by His righteousness. When God looks at you, He sees the righteousness of His Son, and you are made new in Him.
Christ’s Death and Resurrection:
In understanding the depth of God’s forgiveness, we cannot overlook the significance of Christ’s death and resurrection. On the cross, Jesus bore the weight of our sins. He paid the price we could never pay, offering Himself as the ultimate sacrifice for our redemption. As Romans 5:8 declares, “But God demonstrates His love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Jesus willingly laid down His life to free us from the bondage of guilt and shame. His death was not the end but a victorious triumph over sin and death.
On the third day, Jesus rose from the grave, conquering death and offering us the gift of eternal life. His resurrection is the cornerstone of our faith and the source of our hope. Through His resurrection, Jesus demonstrated His power over sin and death, assuring us that we too can experience the newness of life. As 1 Corinthians 15:55-57 proclaims, “O Death, where is your sting? O Hades, where is your victory?… But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.”

His sacrifice provides the way for us to be reconciled with God, to receive His forgiveness, and to walk in the fullness of His love. In Christ, we find ultimate liberation from guilt and shame, as His victory becomes our victory.

The Apostle Peter reminds us of this truth in 1 Peter 2:24, saying, “He bore our sins in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; by his wounds, you have been healed.”
Through His sacrificial death, Jesus paid the price for our redemption. He endured unimaginable pain, suffering, and separation from the Father so that we might be reconciled to God. The shedding of His blood became the ultimate atonement for our sins, as Hebrews 9:22 affirms, “Indeed, under the law almost everything is purified with blood, and without the shedding of blood, there is no forgiveness of sins.” Jesus’ death on the cross accomplished what no human effort or religious ritual could achieve—the complete forgiveness and cleansing of our sins.
However, the significance of Christ’s work does not end with His death. On the third day, Jesus triumphantly rose from the grave, conquering sin and death. His resurrection is the pinnacle of the Christian faith, as it validates His divinity and power over all things. It is the ultimate declaration that He is the Son of God and the Savior of the world. Through faith in Him, we are united with Christ in His death and resurrection, symbolized in baptism (Romans 6:4). This union empowers us to break free from the bondage of sin and to live in righteousness. Galatians 2:20 declares, “I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.” In Christ, we have been set free from the power of sin, and we are given the Holy Spirit to guide and empower us to live according to God’s will.
The death and resurrection of Jesus Christ offer us not only forgiveness and reconciliation with God but also the hope of eternal life and the power to live victoriously over sin. It is through the cross that we find true liberation from guilt and shame. Our sins have been nailed to the cross with Christ, and His righteousness covers us. In John 10:10, Jesus Himself said, “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.” Contrary to what the world may suggest, following Christ and living according to His teachings is not about restricting our freedom, but rather about guiding us towards a life that will truly fulfill us and bring us lasting joy.
Sin promises pleasure and freedom, but in reality, it brings bondage and destruction. The devil, who is the master of deceit, hides the true price that sin ultimately costs in our lives. Romans 6:23 warns us that “the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Sin separates us from God and leads to spiritual death. It may offer temporary gratification, but it enslaves us and leaves us empty and broken. On the other hand, God’s design for our lives and the world supports His creation, offering us abundant life and true freedom when we walk in obedience to Him.
God’s desire for us to live holy lives and avoid sinful practices is not to hinder our joy, but rather to protect us from the harm and consequences that sin brings. In Psalm 119:105, it is written, “Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.” God’s commandments and guidance illuminate our way, leading us to true freedom and fulfillment. He knows the inherent dangers and destructive nature of sin and wants to spare us from its devastating effects.
When we accept Jesus as our Savior and follow His teachings, we experience a transformative process guided by His love and grace. The Holy Spirit dwells within us, empowering us to overcome temptation and live in righteousness. Galatians 5:1 assures us, “It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.” Through Christ, we are released from the bondage of sin and given the capacity to live in accordance with God’s perfect will.
In conclusion, accepting Jesus Christ as our Savior offers true freedom from the chains of sin. Our Heavenly Father, out of His deep love for us, desires what is best for our lives. This prayer letter is to the Lord and to everyone willing to listen. Where do I begin? There is so much pain. There has always been pain since the beginning. The beginning of my life, their lives, our lives, those who don’t understand you or me yet, Father…. yes their lives… So much pain. Self-inflicted pain, pain from outward sources, pain by chance, pain through spiritual battles, and pain from those we lost. So many enduring questions about it all. Why do you allow it, Lord? How much Lord? When will it end Lord? Please don’t you hear me, Lord? It still isn’t stopping Lord. It’s getting worse and coming from every direction Lord. The cars are both broken, everyone is busy, I lost my last best chance at making money on the side, the neighbor doesn’t ever seem to have these issues and they go to church as well, Why again? When does it end? Will it ever? Is it me? Is it because of my past sins? What the heck answer me! I am trying to do everything in my power to acknowledge you and my paths still aren’t straight. It’s because of my slip-up yesterday getting impatient, isn’t it? How is this better than when I did whatever I wanted?!!…… Father…Where are you?… Then a song comes on the radio while sitting at Sheetz before heading home, on one of the days you feel like giving up… Called Gratitude by, Brandon Lake …Go listen to it now. And you see a post on tik tok before leaving the parking lot, that says…Stop worrying, I got this… Yeah, that was today. Even at the darkest times… you seem to just get closer and closer. It reminded me of the day that you touched the hood of my car with a rainbow, right in front of me. It sent shivers through my whole body… Not the cold ones that make you shutter but the warm ones that make you feel like pure JOY. Like the God of the universe is visiting me when no one else can!! Well, not no one. There are a few very close people that care, mostly. My son. My husband. My parents. God you said today would be the day for something new. But it only seemed like the same old pain. Only I noticed something. I AM UTTERLY DONE WITH THE DEVIL GETTING BETWEEN YOU AND THOSE YOU LOVE!!!!! You LOVE THEM ALL!!! YOU WANT THEM TO KNOW THAT!!! I don’t know but maybe this whole time you just wanted me to share my story? My story is no different than anyone else. We all have pain and way more than we’d like. We all have struggles and pain and it’s about time we started acting with mercy towards each other regardless of our paths. We put on these false heirs for acceptance and out of fear and competition and then I know many of you still feel the pain of lonesomeness. A massive void. Why? Is that truly necessary for you? Is it real? God didn’t intend for us to be alone, afraid, or troubled. But the devil does well to convince us all that it’s far better. We’re far better than others. Well really? Where does that pride get us? Does it get you loving friends? Happiness? No, I am afraid that it doesn’t give you anything real or tangible. No, it just gets you more pain. How do I know God? He is more present to me than anyone has ever been in my life!!! He knows the very moments to reach out and to let go. He let me go when I didn’t trust him and he took me back when I realized he was the only one to actually trust. If your heart is closed to God. Rethink it. And Rethink it hard.. Because you don’t know what you’re missing. I’d rather endure this life of pain for him, than not have him forever! I can’t even put into words how much this is a part of my whole being. Every cell, every part of my soul trembles at your truth, Jesus!!. Love them the way I know you have loved me. Show them even if they haven’t reached out to you. Give them something to go on. All of them. Help them see their real enemy and advesary!!! In Jesus’ name, before it’s too late. Help them see the cliff they head blindly towards. Help them see not everyone in the church is against your ways. Yes, there are wolves amongst the church flock and sometimes it’s even certain church leaders. Help them to see that is NOT of you, Jesus. Help them to see there are people in church trying to follow you too. Give them a fighting chance. Thank you. Your pain and longing for us drove you to the cross in utter passion for us, to save us, from all that has plagued us, from the very beginning of time, when you watched us walk away from you. Your work on the cross and through to the resurrection is the most beautiful painted stroke of poetry, of love to ever be told in all of time. Utter and complete unending love and compassion and long-suffering. Nothing greater has ever or ever will be spoken into our lives. HALLELUJAH!!! PRAISE GOD!!! CROWN HIM WITH MANY CROWNS!!!
